Finca El Origen began in the 1990's with vineyards planted in Mendoza's most promising area, the Uco Valley. At over 1,000 meters above sea level, the vineyards were planted with a selection of noble grape varieties such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Viognier and Chardonnay. Glaciers on top of high mountain peaks feed the rivers and streams. The terroir is also naturally healthy, due to the warm, dry breezes.
