In 1971, the Guibert family discovered a historical farm, Mas de Daumas Gassac, with a unique terroir of unexplained red glacial soil and lutetian limestone, contributing to its reputation as the Grand Cru of the Languedoc. With over 58 estate vineyard plots, organically farmed and hand harvested, each surrounded by the Garrigue Mediterranean forest, nature's balance has been totally preserved in this magical Gassac valley. The two Grands Crus wines have more than 35 different grape varieties, all estate grown with low yields, offering many layers of rare and complex aromas as well as the stunning ability to age.                           Daumas Gassac Blanc Appreciate its magnificent minerality and very complex fruit aromas. A very rich wine with notes of honey and crystallized fruits.           Moulin de Gassac Eraus Intense and elegant. Expression of white fruits and dry flowers. A soft start, followed by an important structure. A fairly dense wine, fat, fresh and alive with a delicious flower like finale.           Gassac Classic Red Aromas of very ripe red berries, hints of spice. Well balanced with hints of red fruity jam and a touch of pepper. Clear ruby red with glints of deep purple. Fruity wine, rounded and soft: a pleasant easy drink.
