They are made entirely from estate grown fruit. The winemaking team is headed by Wayne Stehbens. The aim behind Faldo wines is to capture the essential characteristics of Coonawarra in a harmonious, early drinking, forward fruit style priced for regular enjoyment.                   Cabernet Sauvignon Deep plum red with purple hues. Aromas of ripe plum and regional dusty mulberry and mint. Typical Coonawarra cabernet sauvignon fruit characters of ripe berries and duty mulberry combine with light cedar oak and hints of mocha. The palate has excellent depth and balance of fruit and oak with a soft, slightly firm tannin finish.                   Sauvignon Blanc A generous palate of ripe fruit and zesty varietal flavours. Lychee, gooseberry and herbaceous characters feature in a wine with graceful structure and a fresh, persistent finish.                   Shiraz A rich and well-rounded palate structure with subtle liquorice and pepper. Sweet vanilla and slightly toasty cedar oak maturation tones add depth and complexity. A lingering finish with soft tannins.
